These chips are perfect for board games that require several piles of money per player, like in the 18XX-games. Like all poker-chips, they are much faster to handle than papermoney. Poker-chips saves about 45 min to an hour of game-time from most longer financial games.
- They fit easily
- The clay material means there is friction between the chips. This makes them easy to staple. (Plastic chips slide around and fall)
- They are surprisingly heavy, which makes them super-nice to handle. The tactile feeling is almost as good as with the "normal" top-quality poker-chips.
- The modest size makes them convenient to bring along when travelling.
- I do recommend buying the black bag. It is of high quality, and has a solid zipper. The chips will still be in place when you arrive, and it creates a nice reaction around the table when you place them there.
Looks and feels real nice!
Haven't had a chance to try them out yet but they will sure take less space than standard sized poker chips and they give the same look and feel.
In my opinion, the hex design looks great and the chips are awesome anyways!

- Can be stapled / don’t slip when stapled
- Each valour can be identified from the side when stapled
Really like how these came out. I touched the chain design before ordering these,so it was a bit of a gamble but I liked the look more. Which ended up working well, the only minor complaint I could leverage against it is that I wish the green was a little bit brighter so it popped a bit more.
And while I think the case is great, the plastic trays are perfectly fine too.
Everything arrived quickly as plays as hoped
Feels really sturdy and fits the chips perfect. Also nice that the lid folds under it to make it a nice tray when playing.
The chips are fantastic, love them. And it's great to support somebody fulfilling a need for an enthusiastic community. I stumbled on to these on tabletop reddit while looking for poker chips, and I'm very glad I did. Many thanks, I hope to be using these chips for a very long time.
Convenient box. The only problem is the spikes at the bottom, they scrape wooden shelves and need to be filed down.
